De-shed
A service provided for all dogs prone to shedding. A thorough brush out of loose/dead coat, a high velocity blow to remove further excess hair, dirt and dander, followed by two shampoos, a relaxing in bath head and shoulder massage, blow dry, ears and eyes cleaned, sanitary areas attended to. Nails clipped/ground and a general tidy up of coat/feet as needed. A spray of coat conditioning spritz.

Hand stripping
A specialist groom for wire and silky coats to maintain the colour and texture of the coat. Exact requirements and suitability will be discussed during the pre-groom assessment. This service also includes two, post strip shampoos, a relaxing in-bath head and shoulder massage, blow dry, ears and eyes cleaned, sanitary areas attended to, feet and face tidied, nails clipped/ground and paw pads tidied. A spray of coat conditioning spritz.

Puppy first groom
An introduction to the noises and smells of the salon. All puppies welcome from two weeks after their second injection, up to 6 months old. Lots of praise and cuddles and all the time your puppy needs to ensure they feel safe, confident and happy during their first groom. The groom consists of two shampoo washes and gentle blow dry, feet tidied and a facial trim, nails clipped/filed, sanitary areas attended, ears and eyes cleaned. A spray of coat conditioning spritz. You will also receive advice and guidance on how to care for your puppy's coat along with an accompanying information pack to take home.

Nagayu Spa Bathing Treatment
This is a carbonated spa treatment which is showered into the coat/skin post shampoo and left in the coat leaving no residue. This treatment helps to calm hot spots and itchy skin, whilst de-oderising and moisturising the skin and coat.

Madra Mor Soothing Massaging Mud
This is a calming deep massaging spa treatment applied during bathing and massaged deep into the coat and skin. It detoxes and nourishes the skin, absorbs impurities and smells, calms itching and reduces hot spots. This treatment contains essential oils and natural aromatherapy and is washed out after the treatment.
